The 7-Day Mental Diet Challenge

Friends,

Today is the 1st of July, 2010 and it is the first day of the second last quarter of the year.

Today is going to be the day where I will be more focused on achieving my short term goals(within 3 months) like:

1. Health - I'm committed to develop a 6 pack abs.
2. Financial - I'm committed to be able to save $1,000.00 per month.
3. Personal Development - I'm committed to be a Certified NLP Practitioner.
4. Business - I'm committed to build a successful education and people development business.
5. Family - I'm committed to spend more quality time with my beautiful wife and daughter by going back to Malaysia 2 times a month.

Also, part of successfully achieving point number 3, is to complete the 7-Day Mental Diet Challenge that is developed by Adam Khoo of AKLTG.

It is a 3 part process and one of them is to read aloud the Success Creed:

I have the power to choose. What I choose in life is what I get.
What I think is what I get. I move in the direction of my thoughts.
I think I can, I can. I think I cannot, I cannot.
I think big, I become big. I think small, I become small.
I think positive, I become positive.
I think negative, I become negative.
I think hate, I become hateful. I think love, I become lovable.
I become what I think about. The me I see, the me I will be.

For things to change, I must change first.
Whatever I can conceive and believe, I can achieve.
If it is possible for others, it is possible for me. It is only a
question of strategy.

I focus on my goals and take action towards them constantly.
There is no failure. There is only feedback.
I will change my strategy and do whatever it takes to succeed.
I will make today much better than yesterday.

I shall pass through this world but once. Any good thing that I
can do, or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let
me do it now and not defer it for I shall not pass this way again.

Part 1: I an committed to take 5 minutes to read my goals aloud and with passion.

Part 2. I am committed to take 5 minutes to read my personal mission statement and the following statements will magnetize my mind towards achieving success.

A good friend coach of mine has added these statements that will help me further:

I love and approve of myself and I
trust the process of my life.
I life in the present moment, joyous and free.

Step 3: I am committed to only entertain empowering thoughts that put me into a resourceful state. The moment I have a negative thought/question, I will:

a) Re-frame it into something empowering.
b) Ask a powerful question to focus on the outcome/solution.
c) Change the sub-modalities/physiology.

These are things that I am committed to do and I feel that more better opportunities are going to present itself from this time forth and that I only have to simply make an informed choice of what would be the best path to go to.

If I could not do the above, then the 7-Day Mental Challenge will reset and I will have to start all over again.

Cool!

W.A!
