Then, there are those who don't call themselves gurus but still do the same thing.

How To Promote TweetLater
With TweetCockpit, I hear everything that's being said on Twitter about
TweetLater. I frequently see your tweets come by that contain your
affiliate link. :-) Some folks even retweet them for you. Gives me a good
chuckle. LOL
That's a good way to promote TweetLater, but it's not the method that's
going to get you the most conversions and earn you the most money.
The three primary keywords you must remember when it comes to conversions
are: Authenticity, Trust, and Personal Experience.
Think of most TV ads. They show (supposedly) real people telling you how
they used and benefited from the product. That's no accident. It's
because that method works.
Tweeting your affiliate link may drive visitors to the TweetLater site
via your link, but you can expect to have a rather poor conversion rate
(signups and upgrades versus number of visitors).
The best way to promote TweetLater is to follow the simple process I've
outlined below:
1) Use TweetLater and TweetLater Professional yourself. If you can't
afford to upgrade, at the very least do the free 7-day trial.
2) Make notes of what you like about both Free and Professional as you
use it. If you can keep stats of how much time it saves you, or other
ways it benefits you, even the better. Take screenshots that you can
illustrate if you know how to do graphics, or capture a video if you can
do that. Folks love videos.
3) Then write a blog post where you tell your visitor how YOU have used
TweetLater, and how YOU have benefited from it. If you don't already have
a blog, then write a Squidoo lens, or a Hubpages page, or create a
Tumblr.com blog, a Blogger blog, or a WordPress.com blog.
Doesn't matter, just get it up somewhere. It's not important if your page doesn't rank in
Google. You just want a landing page that contains your first-hand (and
listen) authentic personal experience with TweetLater. On this page,
include your affiliate link in several places (make it easy for the
visitor to find and click on your affiliate link).
4) Now write your tweets and send your DMs, but don't put your affiliate
link in them, put a link to your landing page in them. And tell the folks
why they should go to that page and read what you have written. Something
like, "How TweetLater saves me 2 hours every single day: [link]", or
"Here's my first-hand experience with TweetLater: [link]". Now it becomes
much easier for you to invite folks, because you're not just sending them
off to a distant site, you are in a sense inviting them in for a cup of
tea (your landing page) and telling them your own personal story. It
smells much less like sales, and your visitors will have lowered their
guard, which we all put up when we smell a sales pitch.
Why will this increase your conversions?
It tells a personal story. Your story. (Remember the TV ads?) On the
TweetLater pages, I can only tell folks how they CAN use TweetLater. On
your landing page, you can tell folks how you HAVE used and ARE using
TweetLater, and how it helps and benefits you every single day. People
will far easier identify with your story.
When people come to TweetLater via your landing page, with your story
fresh in their minds, it will be much easier for them to visualize how
TweetLater will benefit them. And that's the process that you really want
to trigger, namely their own visualization and imagination. Accomplish
that, and you have an almost guaranteed upgrade.
With this two-step process (point people to your landing page, and from
there to TweetLater), you may send fewer folks on to TweetLater (some
won't make it past your landing page), but that does not matter. The
number of visitors is not as important as how ready the visitors are to
buy when they get to TweetLater. It's better to send 20 people, of whom
50% (10) upgrade, than to send 200 people of whom 2% (4) upgrade.

Some of you may be thinking that what will Alief be doing next?
I'm going to do what the maker of TweetLater.com is suggesting and create
a special blog just like what he says above.
This blog is supposed to be Day 5's but as you and I may have noticed, I
am a day late because I usually type my blogs late at night and usually after 12 midnight.
I really want to do more of my work early in the morning but so far, I have not been able to do so because of family reasons.
This situation is like no different if I am away at my last job(roughly 10am to
10pm) and then do my internet marketing(IM) work after that(usually 12am
to 3am).
But, this has got to change as I REALLY WANT to make this work.
I can list a lot of reasons why working from home or working for yourself
is the best way to make a living.

Day 2: How?
Folks,
Last night, I was typing away at my 2nd entry into my blog and all of a sudden, all of that 1 hours work suddenly went away.
I sat in front of my laptop, stunned!
I was so sleepy and so tired yesterday night/early morning because of my efforts to make my on-line business successful, plus I had to put time aside to do the off-line stuff so that my finances/expenses is well covered.
Folks, I am not typing this blog to condemn anyone nor any company as what I've written is very general. I did not mention at all what my last company's name was!
Most people that I know of who wants to succeed in their life is because of the frustrations that they went through and one of them is sometimes because of their not so good working experience.
They decide to work in a new environment that is better than the last. Or at least work in a situation that gives them the comfort that they seek.
Folks, aren't I right to say that we only keep doing what we do because it is providing us the comfort that we seek? Whether it is sooner or later, isn't it?
If a farmer decides to plant a crop that yields only after a year, should he be criticized?
I have said that I am going to be thankful for the state that I am in and that I am going to have this Attitude of Gratitude.
I am thankful that there exist a company that I have left that is providing a means of income for a handful of people.
I am thankful that there are people who takes the right way of earning their income.
I am thankful that I received training in selling a product that I feel is hard to sell but I see other people who are really excellent in it do it so simply and excel in it. And that I learn from them how they did it.
I am thankful for the comments that people have given me where I have vetted and decided to publish even though it may sound negative.
But I don't see it as a negative comment but a constructive one.
I am thankful for the anonymous comments that has been sent to me. I wonder why it is sent anonymously rather than with a name and contact info so that I can keep in touch with that person.
I believe that there are many people who don't believe in dreams and that dreamers are people who sit around doing nothing and hope that their dreams come true.
That is partly true.
One should not only dream or visualize the goal that they want to attain but also to take MASSIVE actions to make that dream a reality.
If someone thinks that I am just sitting around and doing nothing but just dreaming, that person should be the one to "Wake up!".
How people goes about their business is their their business and that is why there are people who grows things and that there are people who takes that which is grown, and make it better.
Should not that person who makes it better be rewarded justly?
Yes, rezki is in the "hands" of Allah and that we don't just sit around and pray and dhikr / say mantras and hope that big money comes to me without carrying out any active actions that can enable us to receive that rezki.
What have you done today to receive that is rightfully yours?

I apologize for blurting all of these that may seem has nothing to do with my on-line business. I wish for you who is reading this that running an online business is not very different from running an offline one.

First $1,000.00 in 30 Days.
Folks,
After being inspired by reading Ewen Chia's "How to Make Your First $1,000 Online In Just 30 Days", I decided to write this article about how I made my first RM1,000.00 in just 30 days.
Why RM1,000 and not USD$1,000?
That is because I want to market this idea to Malaysians and that the thought of achieving RM1,000 online is, I believe, a GREAT achievement for any Malaysian Internet Marketer Newbie.
Plus, the equivalent to RM1,000.00 is roughly USD$300.00.
The numbers now appears achievable isn't it? Does your mind think that it is easier to achieve RM1,000.00? Or easier to achieve USD$300? Definitely the later, isn't it?
And once you achieve USD$300.00, you'd be earning RM1,000.00!
Of course, all big things begins with small incremental processes and if USD$1,000.00 is your target, then that's GREAT!
Just focus on your first USD$1.00 per month and then work your way up to USD$1,000.00 per month.
After that, any monetary target will get easier. It is just a matter of scalability.
For now, I'm just putting the steps more simple by focusing on RM1,000.00 or USD$300.00.
I believe that once the RM1,000.00 has been achieved, the USD$1,000.00 is just around the corner.
Not only that, I want to write what I did to earn RM1,000.00 per month in just 30 days.
It is not good to earn your first $1,000 online but after you have achieved that, you may or may not be able to repeat the process. Or that your earning abilities fluctuates.
It is okay to fluctuate higher ie earn more and more every 30 days but if you earn 4 figures this month, but 3 figures the next and 2 figures the next or even worse, nothing the next, that is not good.
I prefer to document how I did it doing one method that works for me and I want to share it with other people.
What I did was join Global Domains International, Inc. (GDI)

Isn't GDI perfect?
Since you are already on the Internet doing things like surfing for information, or sending and receiving emails, or online banking, or chatting with friends or relatives etc. isn't being involved in GDI makes sense?
The only reason that people are not yet involved with GDI is either because they have not heard about it or they don't have a computer to access the internet or they don't use the internet for anything.
Anyway, I was looking for a business opportunity that allows me to earn USD$300.00 per month and the only thing that I can think of at the time was GDI.
You only have to pay USD$10.00 per month (RM35.00 equivalent) and that gives you a website that you can choose any domain name as long as the post-fix is .ws.
In my case I chose aliefhamdani.ws.
After that, I can get an email address that looks like alief@aliefhamdani.ws.
You also get an online web-mail service so that you can read and/or create emails.
Plus many more. Just check out this link for more explanation of GDI.
The next thing is to get signups for my business.
That is why I have found this method of getting GDI signups, FREE!
Click here to get it.
From this method, I can get minimum 1 signup a day.
So in 10 days, I got 10 signups that already made my GDI business pay for itself.
At this level, lets call this Level One.
Of course, in the next 10 days, my 10 signups will also do the same thing that I've done. So, I'd potentially have a total of 100 signups and have the potential to earn USD$110.00 per month.
At this level, lets call this Level Two.
Now, the amazing thing that if the 10 signups of Level Two does the same thing, then in Level Three, I'd potentially have 1000 signups and I'd potentially could earn USD$1,110.00 per month.
I'm not sure when I would achieve this target of having 1,110 members in my team but if my signups does exactly the same thing as I had, I believe that this is achievable in 1 to 3 months.
What if I have really lazy downlines and I still do all the work and still achieve 1 signup a day?
I guess that if I want to hit my target income of USD$300.00 a month, I'd have to wait for 300 days!
That's in 10 months time!
But, that is an incredible worst case scenario!
Best case is what I explained earlier or that I'd hit my target sooner.

comfortably reading this blog means that they have been lucky
enough to be one of the few winners of the biggest lottery of
all....the lottery of life! They were lucky enough to draw the 'right
ticket' and be born where they are.
Imagine that 24 hours before you were born, God gave you a bowl of
100 tickets. You had to draw one ticket that would determine your
sex, country of birth, wealth, intelligence etc.. What would have
been your chance to end up where you are now?
Let;s look at the odds. If you were to take the entire earth's
population and shrink it to 100 people (represented by 100
tickets), with all existing human ratios the same, it would be made
up of the following:
49 would be female, 51 would be male.
80 would live in substandard housing. 20 in acceptable housing.

50 would be malnourished and 1 dying of starvation.
33 would be without access to a safe water supply.
16 would have access to the Internet.
17 would live in a developed country.
83 live in underdeveloped/developing countries.
If you were given the chance to turn back time and go back to 24
hours before you were born, would you choose to return your current
ticket and re-draw a new ticket from the 100 again? If not, then
consider how lucky you are!

- No more working with an employer who is more interested in money rather than the welfare of his staff.
- No more working for other people.

Where Am I Now?
Folks,
I heard a good story from a Motivational Trainer friend of mine who said that there was a time when he had to do training at an military base 1 hours drive away from his house.
He was given directions to that place that he was quite unfamiliar with but knows how to get there.
Directions was given to him via telephone the night before he has to be there.
Being an early riser, he woke up and started driving to that location 3 hours before he was due.
Unfortunately for him, he got lost and called back to the army base and asked for directions.
When he was asked where he was, he looked around at his surrounding but he replied that he
doesn't know where he is.
In reply, the army officer said, " If you don't know where you are, how am I supposed to help you?"
This is a good lesson that stuck to my friend, Joe, for many years to come.
It does relate to life and our life goals that in order to know where we need to go, we need to know exactly where we are.
Like my current situation where I am aiming to earn RM1,000.00 per month from my GDI business.
But... where am I exactly?
I've placed milestones on my quest to RM1,000.00 per month but my 1st milestone of 1 sign-up and thus USD1.00 income I still have not yet acheived.
This is frustrating because I am following my sponsor's instructions and methods but I am still without a referral.
I'm using Twitter to get sign-ups but to date, I am getting lots of Twitter followers and zero signups.
Also, I still have not put up this new blog on my website: www.aliefhamdani.com
I think it has to do with my time management.
I know for a fact that I wish that I can get work done as soon as I get off from work but in reality, I only get free time once my wife and child is asleep and that is usually fast midnight.
Sometime, I get so tired that I can't concentrate on my work and I also fall asleep.
So, now that I know where I am, I may know how to overcome this:
I've found this countdown timer that I hope will help me focus.
It tells me how much time I have until the deadline: 31st August 2009.
At that date, I would have a system that allows me to earn RM1,000.00 per month.

He was given directions to that place that he was quite unfamiliar with but knows how to get there.
Directions was given to him via telephone the night before he has to be there.
Being an early riser, he woke up and started driving to that location 3 hours before he was due.
Unfortunately for him, he got lost and called back to the army base and asked for directions.
When he was asked where he was, he looked around at his surrounding but he replied that he
doesn't know where he is.
In reply, the army officer said, " If you don't know where you are, how am I supposed to help you?"
This is a good lesson that stuck to my friend, Joe, for many years to come.
It does relate to life and our life goals that in order to know where we need to go, we need to know exactly where we are.
Like my current situation where I am aiming to earn RM1,000.00 per month from my GDI business.
But... where am I exactly?
I've placed milestones on my quest to RM1,000.00 per month but my 1st milestone of 1 sign-up and thus USD1.00 income I still have not yet acheived.
This is frustrating because I am following my sponsor's instructions and methods but I am still without a referral.
I'm using Twitter to get sign-ups but to date, I am getting lots of Twitter followers and zero signups.
Also, I still have not put up this new blog on my website: www.aliefhamdani.com
I think it has to do with my time management.
I know for a fact that I wish that I can get work done as soon as I get off from work but in reality, I only get free time once my wife and child is asleep and that is usually fast midnight.
Sometime, I get so tired that I can't concentrate on my work and I also fall asleep.
So, now that I know where I am, I may know how to overcome this:
- Tell my wife that I need quality time to do my GDI business.
- If I can't get this, I simply have to push myself harder and get things done after 12:00am.
- I need to ask my sponsors for help.
I've found this countdown timer that I hope will help me focus.
It tells me how much time I have until the deadline: 31st August 2009.
At that date, I would have a system that allows me to earn RM1,000.00 per month.

What spurred me to do this?

One of the events that happened that made me set my mind up to do Global Domains International(GDI) as my current focus for succeeding in my Internet Based Business is right after I read Ewen Chia's "How to Make Your First $1,000 Online In Just 30 Days!"

Just reading the title of the e-book made my eyes grow wide with the realization that succeeding in any business is about setting a target income and than work towards it.
I realized that if I were to aim for RM1,000.00 per month, that would definitely work for me because currently, I am earning less than that.
And if I can do something on the Internet that can earn me a steady income of RM1,000.00 per month, praise God!
I could probably quit my 80 hours a week job and stay at home to work less hours but still earn the same amount of money.
Plus, the equivalent of RM1,000.00 is roughly USD$300.00 at current exchange rate of USD$1.00 = RM3.50. Actually, if I earn USD$300.00 per month, I'd be getting RM1,050.00 per month!
So I went about assessing what are the available methods that I can get involved in to earn me USD$300.00 per month and I am talking PER MONTH here.
Not a method that gives me a one off income and then I have to work hard at doing it again for another potential customer.
Wouldn't it be great that you can introduce to a potential customer once and than after that potential decides to become your customer, he/she "buys" your product but keeps "paying" you every month as long as he/she wants to keep "using" your service?
And if you can get several tens or even hundreds of such customers, your earnings would increase multiple times.
Now, at the time of reading Ewen Chia's e-book, I was doing Work For 3 Dollars(W4$3), but I feel that I'd have difficulty hitting my target of USD$300.00 per month because I'd have to signup 600 new people per month!
Why 600?
That's because each new person that I introduce to W4$3 would earn me USD$0.50.
To me, 600 new people per month is difficult!
So I went about looking for something else that can earn me a steady flow of income even though the potential only signup once but keeps being a member of that website's service or product.
Also, that website's service or product should not be too expensive to maintain.
One website that I could think of now is Global Domains International(GDI), because each signups will let me earn USD$1.00 per month.
And being a member or GDI is not too expensive: USD$10.00 per month.
Tell me of a business that costs you USD$10.00 per month but has the potential of earning you whatever amount your heart desire.
And you don't have to stock up on potions or lotions that you don't use at all.
GDI is all about the internet and internet websites and anyone who accesses the internet and wants to setup websites for any reason, should look at GDI.
GDI is not only a website solution provider but also an internet based business solution provider.
One thing wonderful about GDI is that it is an Multi Level Referral based system.
That means that I can leverage on my signups to get more signups!
And every signups that they get earns me USD$1.00 per month!
So, my plan is to get my first 10 members so that I can get USD$10.00 per month which would help pay for my membership.
In other words, once 10 members is achieved, my GDI membership is free!
Imagine that my 10 members does the same thing. That means that each of my first 10 members gets 10 members. How much do I earn per month?
USD$110.00 per month.
That's because there is 100 members in that level.
Now, what if that 100 members does exactly the same thing I did and does 10 signups each. How much do I earn per month?

How am I going to get sign-ups?
Folks,
I think one of the most important question which I am also facing is this:
How am I going to get sign-ups for my new Internet Marketing Business ?
I'm having trouble with the first step in putting up Yahoo! Advertisements for my business as I am short of USD$30.00 for the down-payment.
No doubt that I do have USD$30+ in my PayPal account but I am hoping not to use it for anything else other than my first USD$10.00 payment to GDI.
Yes. Even when I am "promised" zero costs in doing business in GDI via the method shown in my website, I still have to pay USD$10.00 after the 7 days trial period is over.
Still, I am hoping that the signups is fast so that I can get 10 members and then I don't have to pay anything out of my pocket.
Yes, even though there is no cost involved in advertising but Yahoo! advertisement needs a minimum USD$30.00 down-payment even though we get free USD$100.00 for advertisement.
The steps in http://gdigoldrush.tk/ states that we can 'try' to ask a USD$30.00 loan from our up-lines to help us out but it is in no obligation on their part that they do so.
My sponsors, Tina and Cruz's philosophy is via a FR.EE and effective way of using Twitter to get signups.
I believe that since there is a FR.EE and effective way of doing this, I think that is why Tina and Cruz don't want their downlines to spend any more money than is needed to run their business effectively.
So, later tonight, I will look closer at what they are asking me to do and see that I get signups later.
Perhaps, when I have enough money for the down-payment, then will I use Yahoo! Ads to find signups for my Internet Based Business.
I know that in July, I'd be getting something like SGD$200.00 from the Singapore Government because of the GST offset package.

Last night, I was following Tina and Cruz's steps until late (3:00am) but I had to leave it as I was very tired and had to go to work in the morning.
This reminds me of the story of Singapore's own Millionaire Internet Marketeer who in the beginning was working for a telecommunication company called M1 and he struggled for 6 years, sleeping late into the night (3:00am) every night until he cracked it and became a success.
His name is Ewen Chia: http://www.ewenchia.com .
His story is quite well known to me and I have met him personally and listen to him talk.
A very humble person and very willing to help his fellow Internet Marketeer out in building a successful business on the internet.
Stories like his sparks a tremendous desire in me that even though it is very late at night but I still have got to put in the effort in making my Internet Based Business work!
I imagine that I am like Ewen Chia; struggling at first but eventually coming out tops!

How I invest my USD$10.00 / month to hit my USD$300.00 / month income?
Folks,
I am abandoning my Work For 3 Dollars temporarily so that I can focus on something that would work better because I need to hit a monthly target of USD$300 per month.
Why so little?
That is because I want to set that as my first milestone as with USD$300.00 per month, that is equivalent to RM1,000.00 and I believe that I can live on RM1,000.00 per month in Malaysia.
Then I have a choice to quit my current 80 hour work week, if I want to.
Of course I will not stop at USD$300.00 (or RM1,000.00) as I will aim for my next milestone that is my first 5 figures.
"A journey for a 1,000 miles begins with the first step."
So my journey to Financial Security/Stability/Abundance begins with earning my first USD$1.00 and to do that, I need to get one signup for my Global Domains International, Inc. (GDI) business.
Once I've done that, I've got my first 1(one) figure income a month from the Internet.
So my next target would be my first 2(two) figures and I hope to get 10 signups by end of June 2009.
As with 10 sign-ups, I would have nothing to pay for my GDI membership as 10 signups earns me USD$10.00 per month.
Then, I'll aim for my first 3(three) figure income and I hope to get 100 signups by end of July 2009.
Of course, I hope that the 10 members that I have signed up will do the same work as I have done for my business and that they sign-up 10 individuals themselves.
This would definitely help my business grow quickly.
GDI's Company Vision Statement states that "To achieve success, one must help as many people as possible to achieve their success". (or something like that).
So, I'm committed to help my downlines achieve success as by helping them I would also achieve success.
Yesterday, I signed-up for GDI via a husband and wife team: Tina and Cruz Ramirez.
They used a system that is almost 100 percent free and I like it because they have a system that is very promising.
They make use of Yahoo! Advertisement and Twitter and Google Adwords and such where they found almost FR.EE methods of advertising to get new members to sign-up for their GDI business.
Now, they extend their methodology to others who are interested in joining GDI under their sponsorship.
I joined under Tina and Cruz Ramirez because I have been involved with Cruz when I was with TeamGDIPro many years ago.
Cruz is such a great leader because he shares with us his way of signing up new members using free or almost free methods that are effective.
He is genuinely helpful and will go out of his way to help his downlines.
That is why when I found his offer of joining his husband and wife team, I jumped at the chance.

God, I am so sleepy now!
Today is Wednesday, 18th February 2009, 11:15 am.
And I am feeling very very sleepy!
I am not sure why I am feeling this way but if I recall, I did have a good night's rest last night. And I am sure that I have more than 5 hours of sleep.
Yet, now, I feel that my eye lids just want to come together and my head just want to rest itself on this table.
Strangely, when I decided to type this and stop doing what I am always doing every morning, I feel that I am not so sleepy anymore.
Maybe the reason could be that I am venting my frustrations.
Or maybe I am doing something that I enjoy, like playing my favorite XBOX computer games like Ninja Gaiden.
I remembered a time when even how tired my body may have felt, yet I could go on to teach 3 classes of BODYCOMBAT at California Fitness Gym, Singapore. And, strangely, I felt more stronger as the day's classes were progressing. I remembered that I could do the difficult push-ups and ab-crunches more easily as I was teaching the last class.
Talk about mind over matter.
I believe that if one were to do something with PASSION, all the tiredness or pain would simply melt away.
Or that the act of typing out words on this word processing application program forces the brain to feel wakeful. I think it is the same like making myself stand up and walk around the room.

I used to go to my Mother-In-Laws house to do internet surfing/work but ever since her internet connection got terminated because my wife decided not to pay the internet bills any longer, I end up going to a place like BIZCOM.
BTW, I am not feeling sleepy anymore. Maybe it is due to me forcing myself not to go to sleep so the body just gave up or maybe if you fight the sleepiness, the body will release some kinda wake-up hormone.
I am frustrated!

I am still struggling to find the perfect way to make money via the internet.
It feels that I am failing but what my Mentor Adam Khoo always keep telling me is that there is no failure, just a Learning Experience.
Even if one where to get an F grade in a test, it is not a failure but a Learning Experience that one must understand that in order not to get an F grade in the future, one must do the opposite of what one does when one gets an F.
Adam taught me the Ultimate Success Formula(USF):
I know that I am not getting any closer to my GOAL because my STRATEGY is just not quite right. And that I know that I need to CHANGE my STRATEGY.
But like what Bob Proctor said, "People know what they need to do, but they just refuse to do it. That is why they don't achieve success!"
I know that if I want to earn US$10,000.00/month in the year 2008, I must start to sell something, right?
But I did not do that properly and that is why I am still broke now.
I thought that if I were to go by the way of Stone Evan's "Plug-in Profits System(PIPS)", I would be seeing my US$10,000/month dream come true.
Boy! Was I wrong!
Talk about "Multiple Streams of Income"! What I got was Multiple Streams of Headaches!
Enough was enough.
I even went to focus on SFI (www.sfimg.com) and that I'll focus on it's spin-off (www.eyeearn.com). Again, it was the same thing:
I was spending more money than what I was earning!
I was tired of this Spend-More-Earn-Less(SMEL) Internet Business Model!
So.....
At the last quarter of 2008, I went and made a decision to setup a new business on the internet that I hope will work and that was when I joined the Work For 3 Dollars program(W4$3).
I was now looking for the Spend-Less-Earn-More(SLEM) Internet Business Model.
I am sort of successful with W4$3 in the sense that I've earned back my initial investment of US$3.00. Trouble was, the SLEM model needs a lot of effort.
Effort like looking for leads/prospects using FREE tools like free/credit based Safelists, Traffic Exchanges, Social Networking websites like Yuwie, My Space, Facebook, etc.
Did I say that I got back my initial investment of US$3.00? Trouble is, I've still yet to earn anything after that!
I thought that it was going to be very easy to market it and get thousands of referrals without much effort.
I was wrong!
So now I am in Year 2009 and I am coming closer to the 1st quarter period. What am I to do to earn an income?
If you guess: "Get out and get a job?" - You're RIGHT!
So, I'm now waiting for my Work VISA to work out so that I can work for this local Malaysian company: AUDECOM.
If I look at Adam's USF, what I have done for year 2008 was that I kept doing the same thing over and over again and I hope that I could achieve my goal. Even though I want on different Internet Marketing programs, I was still doing the same thing, that is: the stuff that I was doing was still Internet Marketing/Web Based Business.
So, now, I CHANGE my STRATEGY and that I am going out to work for someone and earn an income.

I even went to focus on SFI (www.sfimg.com) and that I'll focus on it's spin-off (www.eyeearn.com). Again, it was the same thing:
I was spending more money than what I was earning!
I was tired of this Spend-More-Earn-Less(SMEL) Internet Business Model!
So.....
At the last quarter of 2008, I went and made a decision to setup a new business on the internet that I hope will work and that was when I joined the Work For 3 Dollars program(W4$3).
I was now looking for the Spend-Less-Earn-More(SLEM) Internet Business Model.
I am sort of successful with W4$3 in the sense that I've earned back my initial investment of US$3.00. Trouble was, the SLEM model needs a lot of effort.
Effort like looking for leads/prospects using FREE tools like free/credit based Safelists, Traffic Exchanges, Social Networking websites like Yuwie, My Space, Facebook, etc.
Did I say that I got back my initial investment of US$3.00? Trouble is, I've still yet to earn anything after that!
I thought that it was going to be very easy to market it and get thousands of referrals without much effort.
I was wrong!
So now I am in Year 2009 and I am coming closer to the 1st quarter period. What am I to do to earn an income?
If you guess: "Get out and get a job?" - You're RIGHT!
So, I'm now waiting for my Work VISA to work out so that I can work for this local Malaysian company: AUDECOM.
If I look at Adam's USF, what I have done for year 2008 was that I kept doing the same thing over and over again and I hope that I could achieve my goal. Even though I want on different Internet Marketing programs, I was still doing the same thing, that is: the stuff that I was doing was still Internet Marketing/Web Based Business.
So, now, I CHANGE my STRATEGY and that I am going out to work for someone and earn an income.

In my pursuit of HAPPINESS!
It is almost a year since I blogged about what I want and all that time since, I have not achieved what I really want.
So I ask myself one more time: "What do I really want?"
It is not MONEY.
Money in itself does nothing if the value of it falls beyond recognition or usefulness.
At the moment, Financial Indices all around the world is suffering great losses and their country's money value is being hit badly.
Take for instance the US dollar. It's value now is lower than before and smart people are looking at the Euros instead.
Now imagine that money looses its value and people do not want to use it as a means of exchange, what happens?
Like, imagine that there is a person who has accumulated an impossible amount of MONEY and then no one is willing to take his money because of some catastrophic reasons.
Could people revert back to barter trading?
If civilizations collapse, then money institutions will follow suit and mankind may revert back to the old ways of economics.
Imagine that someone manages to shut off the power switch to all electrical-computational devices and people have no way of accessing their money in their bank accounts and/or banks suddenly lost all their data....
This may not logically happen because every countries banks have solid infrastructure and back-up systems that such a calamity does not happen.
But what if an act of God happens and financial institutions just shut down.
This is what is currently happening and governments are rushing to fight the fire.
What if REALLY, MONEY dies?
There is a story of how the Prophet was given a whole wagon load of emeralds, rubies, gold pieces, precious stones, etc but he took it to the back of a hill in the desert, spoke a prayer and it all turned into dust.
Did this incident happened? I'm not sure but I read about it in the book called "Muhammad: The Messenger of Islam, His Life and Prophecy" by the late
Hajjah Amina Adil.
I also hear stories about the Prophet that he will feel uneasy at night, unable to sleep when he knows that there is some dirham or money in his house because it is his habit to give all of his money to the poor and/or needy and not keep a single dirham in his house.
Hearing stories such as these about the Prophet makes me think about the importance of money and how I should conduct myself concerning it.
I believe that MONEY is not the issue here but my feelings of happiness.
I am in the pursuit of HAPPINESS that MONEY is just a tool or medium for me to get it.
Still, if I am not careful, I may stray from my PATH and forget that it is God that provides rez'k and not any one else.
Others are just channels.
My wife has a great explanation about being wealthy: "It is when one knows that he/she is not in the state of unhappiness. That one is living a life fulfilled. Even though others may call him/her poor."
I'm beginning to think that it is just a feeling. A state of mind.
From Rhoda Byrne's movie: "The Secret", I am told about the attitude of "feel good" and "a deep sense of gratitude".
I believe that this is key and that having a deep sense of gratitude about a lot of things because of the Creator should bring the believer ever closer to his/her goals.
Is this what I am in pursuit of now? Is monetary wealth important to me or is there something else?
Is it: "To feel God's pleasure in me?"
Will in my pursuit of happiness, I'll achieve God's "re'da" in me?
Will then I achieve wealth unimaginable because I observe that God's "face" is in view of me? That He is happy with me and that He is showering me with blessings.
Will then the thought of MONEY not important to me that I could leave it turning into dust and I am not fearful of it?
MONEY is important to me BUT not as important as to God's will onto me. And in order that I know what is God's will in me, I must have the knowledge of WHAT IS IT that God is willing me to do?
Well then now...... may my constant feeling of GRATITUDE never fails!

Dear Readers,
Today, I had a thought about my own life and how I want to live it in the near future.
MONEY
I want to have so much money that money is not an issue for me anymore.
Today I took a look at my bank account and it is in a very sorry state! It is in it's single digit and some cents now.
I'm guessing that my bank account is feeling like how I am feeling right now: "HUNGRY"
I am in the fasting month of Ramadhan and it is compulsory for adult muslims to fast. Fasting is to go with out food or water from the break of day to the dawn of night.
Not only is it just food and water, it is also about behaving more pious:
By obeying His decrees and jurisprudence, I then lead a life or taqwa ie 'to be close to God'.
Ironically, I have not felt this hungry until today. And that I have not felt any tiredness like I've felt in past days. Perhaps this is the Compensatory System taking effect.
That if I don't feel hungry, I'll feel tired and that if I feel tired, I won't feel hungry.
I wonder if this will take over from today onwards because 1/3rd of Ramadhan is over.
Ironically too is that the pious muslim will not feel any hunger nor thirst but spiritual fullness in this Holy month.
I think I'll better meditate and reflect about this: Have I been a good Muslim?

So says the ignorant, or should I say the poor.
Poor in mind, and soul.
To me, money is not the root of all evils but being poor is.
I believe that the term wealth or being wealthy has it's meaning warped.
It is not money that I want but it is what money can do for me.
I cannot eat money and stave off my hunger but I can buy things that I can then eat and make myself full.
Money can also give dreams and hopes come true for the poor and destitute.
TIME
I want to have so much time that I can just feel less anxious that I am running out of time to do things that is useful. Like:
I believe that this is the quintessential need for any man, and woman, and child of this century that once they have enough or abundance of this, they are "free".
Of course, there is another thing that is very important: mindset.
[Mindset = Akhlak?]
What is good if a person has abundant time & money but don't know how to value it and then squander it away.
Easy come, easy go.
Just like the "heroes" of our generation who was once a 'zero' and then became a 'hero' and then back to 'zero' again.
They are the Mike Tyson.
I would prefer to have my zero-to-hero and still remaining a hero because he/she has found himself and found the right purpose of living their life.
They are the Sylvester Stallone. (aka Rocky Balboa)
I want to be the next zero-to-hero man and I want to become someone that my child will look up to me and say: "You are the best father in the world!"
I bet that if I were to hear this one day, I can simply cry out my tears of joy!
Onwards, towards SUCCESS!

What should my Blog site be about?
Dear Readers,
I'm on this crossroad sort of thing and am now stuck about what my blog site should be about?
Should I be specific and just blog about my main focus right now?
Or shall I just blog whatever just comes into my mind?
Hmmm......
I am not a new blogger as I had a few 'publications' from Multiply, Friendster, another Blog-site, etc.
I have just recently decided to start a new one specifically aliefhamdani.blogspot.com because I was thinking about starting a journal-like blog that will record my daily activities whilst I move ever closer to my goal.
Hmmm......
Making money from the internet is what is on my mind nowadays.
I believe that a lot of people who reads blogs of this type DOES think about money everyday isn't it?
And that we just want to find that "MAGIC BULLET" that will enable us to get our millions quickly and effectively.
Is there such a "MAGIC BULLET"?
Maybe.... it depends.
I heard from T. Harv Eker who wrote the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind said in his audio recording:
"Rich people: When they find an opportunity will 'Ready + Shoot + Aim'. Whereas poor people will often 'Ready + Aim + Shoot'."
Interesting philosophy especially when one would think that a bullet is a piece of lead that will only move in a particular direction and is near impossible to GUIDE it once it leaves the gun.
Unless of course that one is using a complex missile system like the TOMAHAWK then it would me 'Read + Shoot + Aim'!
My reasonable mind tells me that what poor people usually gets us a bullet. Perhaps a bullet is too expensive for them so they have only a rock to hit their target.
Hmmm......
Of course, I am now suddenly inspired to post something like why rich people are more effective as compared to poor people.
Well, I believe that this will be my blog for aliefhamdani.blogspot.com :
How I made a DECISION to use the tools available to me via a computer connected to the internet and how I make an income that is VERY comfortable to me.
To put it S.M.A.R.T.-ly: (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely)
I want to make $10,000.00 per month from my Internet based business by the end of year 2007 based on a business model that someone has done before.
So. Here we GO!!!

My First Posting
My first posting in word form.
Earlier it was a picture and I thought that since it is going to be my Blog, why not put my face so that people can see who Alief Hamdani is.
Actually, I placed my picture on the Posting is because I wanted to use it for my own profile.
Didn't work. How typical.....
So I was resorted to spend a good amount of time to figure out how Blogger helps people who are not so tech savvy or should I say Blogger savvy to get their own personal picture up onto their Profile.
Very frustrating.
The fact is that I am not an inexperience blogger and that I have been on the Internet for decades.
Before using Blogger, I was using Multiply and before that, Friendster and I would say that they are easier to use than Blogger.
BUT.... I decided to use Blogger because of the potential of me earning some kind of income from it.
I'm not sure if that qualify as a good reason to use Blogger or not.
I was contemplating using Wordpress because I bought this product Wordpress Adsense System 1.2 from Gobala Krishnan and it sort of guarantees an income if I were to follow it 'religiously'.
Hmmmmm......
So now my personal 'battle' is Blogger vs Wordpress.
Anyways, this is my second posting and that I am doing this just to get a hang of it.
I have used Blogger before and you can read them at alief72.blogspot.com
Some of you may ask then why a new Blog?
Because this Blog is supposed to be a little more well planned and more serious and MORE focused on what I am about to embark till the end of this year.
It is going to be content rich and serious and like most things that I have planned to do, skewed sometimes to areas that may not be relevant.
That's me anyway....
My third posting may be the really SERIOUS one.
